I liked watching this show. I think Larry O’Donnell is a good boss. I think that a lot of bosses could better their company by going undercover. I would suspect that the president of Burger King would go undercover. I think that a lot of Burger King’s policies would be changed if Burger King’s president went undercover.
I finally understand this show! I was so confused about what was supposed to happen in it from the other commercials. I want to watch this show in the future now. Larry seems to be a good boss and a good man. Not many people that high up in a company are willing to go back down. However, it could really better a company because he is seeing what the company is like on all levels.
Yes this show would be nice to watch. He is a good boss because he took time to learn the situation of his employees. Yes if bosses went to the field then they would be able to enhance the company. No I wouldn't think a boss would go undercover to observe their business. It was a great idea to do.

I loved this video. I think Undercover Boss is a great show to watch. Larry O'Donnell is an ideal boss because he actually cares about "the little people". I think companies' employee morale would increase if more bosses did this, and companies would definitely improve. I think Mr. Newman would go undercover if he could, but he could never get away with it.
