What do you think about this bill being passed? Do you agree with it or no? Part of the bill will go into effect but the other part of it won't until 2014. The Supreme Court has the power of Judicial Review. Do you think they should declare it constitutional or unconstitutional? Give your opinions.

This bill has a positive and negative side but it depends on your opinion. If you don't mind paying for others health care then you probably agree with the bill. I don't know what to think about what should be done about this bill. It seems that many people think that it is very unconstitutional and violates many Americans rights.
The bill has some good things and bad things about it, but mainly bad things. I don't agree with this bill because I think it's going to harm us more than it will help us. It's going to hurt small business and doctors. I think that they should declare it unconstitutional. It's only going to make our economy worse.
I think that the bill should be passed for some reason and some reason it shouldn’t be passed. I agree with to a certain point. I think that they should declare it unconstitutional. I don’t really think it is an good idea to pass the bill. I don’t really agree with it. I do think the bill should be declared unconstitutional. The government is putting their self into people’s homes. It is no the government decision to decided if you can get medicine or surgery. It is a decision made by a doctor.
I think in the long run it will hurt us financially. No, I don't agree with it at all. I think they shoulf declare it unconstitutional because it breaks alot of laws and takes thing away from the people. Nobody should have to pay for any one but there family and its like a free card for people that don't do nothing in there life. The people earn there money for a reason not to be spending it on others who don't do nothing but sit on their butts.
Politics confuse me. I'm not sure if I agree with it. I'm not sure if the bill should be constitutional or unconstitutional. I think some things about the bill should be changed. I hope this bill somehow helps us more than it hurts us.

I do not think it is right for working people should have to pay health care for people who are not working. I think everyone who is able to work should work to try to get the economy back right.

The Constitution says that we have life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; so if they turn someone down, than there violating that person's right to life. I think the Supreme Court should rule it unconstitutional, or else it will ruin our nation.
