Raise your hand if you think this guy is stupid. Describe your reaction to this video. Have you ever tried to break something like that over your head? (Excel and Access) Would you ever try to do this particular questionable act? I don't even know what questions to ask. Do you think you could do karate acts like this? Could you tolerate the pain that it takes to do these actions?

I think that this guy is an idiot. Who has nothing to do but sit around and make videos of himself breaking boards over his head or attempting to, that is. No, I have never tried to break anything over my head. I have never taken karate or any other sports like that. That looked like it really hurt, so I probably wouldn't have the pain tolerance to do it.
