What is your thought of this? Should this be counted as a crime? He never did anything wrong so do you think this is unjust? What punishment should he receive?

I think this case should be thrown out. I don't see how you could prove his thoughts. I understand that he wrote and stated these things but a lot of people say things they don't mean. I think he should talk to a counselor and see if he has any mental illnesses or problems that medicine could help control. As it says in this post, “He would have carried out a plan if he thought he could get away with it,” he never intended to carry it out. He knew there was no possible way for him to be let go free. He knew what he was doing was wrong if he felt the need to hide it. I think all of this was some sick twisted fantasy that was taken out of context.
I do think these quotes and evidence extrememly odd. I do believe that if they had nothing again him, his thoughts could remain thoughts, but with the emails and stalking draws the line and he should get jail time. Talking about selling women is an injustice (sex trafficking) to them and to know there is someone on the streets with these thoughts are un thought of. I believe this court system is doing right in punishing him. I'm not sure the amount of punishment he should recieve. but he needs therapy and a bit of jail tim eto realize, some thoughts are better off left unsaid.
My first thought is that this man seriously needs help. Obviously he has cruel and disgusting sexual fantasies. Even though he has not gone through with his mind blowing cannibal plot I do believed he should be monitored. I do realize that some people post the most vulgar things on their social page and don't intentionally mean it. However, Jeffrey Dahmer had sexual fantasies similar to those of Valle's and we all know the plots he followed through with. I'm not saying he's guilty, but something should be done. -Dixie G
I'm really creeped out by this. Again, people are really sick in the head! I think this guy should be admitted and seriously helped. These are not "fantasies" they are sickening. If I was this man's wife, I would take my child and leave him. I hope something gets done with this man. He should be fired though because he has access to systems and other resources that could help him follow through with these acts.
I think cannibalism is a very disturbing thing. Why would anyone want to eat someone else? I think if you are caught doing this then yes it should be a crime. I don't think he should be convicted because they didn't catch him in the act. If they would have caught him doing it then that would be a different story.
