What do you think about this? Do you think that the parents should get in trouble for not watching the children? Do You think that your dog would do this?
The place where the two little girls were found, doesn't even look like it's near any houses . . . So, where were the parents? I wish there were more people in the world like this guy. A lot of people would probably just call 911 or tape what was going on. It's a miracle that this man and his dog were able to save these two little girls, especially since one of them would have died if she would have been in the water just two more minutes. I'm glad that they were recognized and that the mother appreciates what they've done for their family. I still want to know where the mother was when this was happening and why these two girls were that close to frozen water. My dog couldn't perform anything like this because she is too tiny haha but thankfully there are dogs like this man's.
This story is inspiring. I do believe the parents should have been out with their children, they were not that old, and especially near the ice and water they were near. Labs are specifically known for retrieving and swimming, I have a smaller dog who im sure would not know what to do. My dog especially would not because he is afraid of water. Jessica
I think this is a very heart touching story. This could have been prevented if the parents of both girls, would have been watching them correctly. The man and his dog are true hero's. I think the dog is extremely smart and sweet, with out him pulling the little girl to shore, she would have went into shocking and possibly died from the freezing water.
