Do you think that this mother should be able to sue a fast food chain over the fact that her kids want to eat McDonalds everyday? When is it the parents job to say no and refuse to give their kids everything they want? Do you believe that the law suit will go through? Do you think that McDonalds offers enough "healthy" choices?

Kids are going to want to eat fast food all the time. They don’t understand it’s not good for them, especially when there parents don’t teach them. This mom is crazy to sue McDonald’s over this. She should grow up and just be the parent. The law suit will probably get dropped. McDonald’s has tried to get healthier options. I think they have done a good job.

I don't think that she should be able to sue any fast food restaurants. Healthy eating habits start at home. Plus, stop buying it if you don't want your children to have it, your the adult. I think it's good not to give your child everything they want, it makes them live in an unrealistic world. I don't think the lawsuit will go through because it's more the moms giving in to their kids rather than McDonalds fault. I think McDonalds is healthy enough for a fast food restaurant. Noone really expects it to be healthy. You can eat anything and still be healthy as long as you do it in moderation and get some exercise.
I love Happy Meals, keep selling them!

I don't think she should sue. She needs to have control of her children. Even if they wine about it, you should still be able to tell them no. The right time to tell them no is when they start wining about it or yelling. I don't think the law suit will go through. There are way too many people who like the Happy Meals. I do agree that at first McDonald's didn't have enough healthy foods there. However, they have brought more healthier choices for us now.

I do not believe that the mother should be able to sue a fast food chain over the fact that her kids want to eat McDonald's everyday. The parent needs to just tell their child no instead of letting them have it their way. The parent’s job is to say no and refuse to give their kids everything they want when they feel it is necessary. I do not believe the law suit will go through, because this is based on parenting. I think that McDonald's offers enough "healthy" choices, but it is the customers decision to choose what is good for them. They know what McDonald's offers to eat so if that is not satisfying then go somewhere else.

That mother is an idiot. Companies pay big money for advertisements that are meant to make people desire the product. That would be the same as if you sued a computer company for giving you access to the internet. I believe the law suit will definitely reach the courts and with out justice system the way it is, she might even get away with it. McDonald's doesn't have to have healthy choices; it's their business and if people don't want to purchase the unhealthy food then they don't have to.

I think that it's ridiculous that this mother wants to sue a fast food chain over the fact that her kids want to eat McDonalds everyday. Instead, she should be the bigger person and tell her kids no. It's a fast food restaurant, of course they're going to advertise so they could get customers. Personally, I don't think that the law suit would go through. I don't think that McDonalds offer enough healthy choices, but their fries are the bomb!

I don’t think that the mother should sue McDonalds because her kids want it, because if she had to sue every company because her kids want a product from that company, she’d be suing a lot of companies. I do not think that the law suit will go through. I don’t think it’s a very fair law suit because as a parent you should have enough will power to tell your kids no. It’s your responsibility as a parent to keep them healthy. With all of this being said I will admit I don’t think McDonalds have enough healthy choices. They have a few alternatives, but they don’t advertise it like they do all the other unhealthy stuff.

No I don't believe the mother should be able to sue Mcdonalds due to her going to Mcdonalds to get the food. It is the parents job to tell their kids everything they want. Frankly I don't believe the law suit will go through. Mcdonalds has some many healthy choices. I wish I could eat there everyday!

No, I don’t believe that this mother should be able to sue McDonalds over something this stupid. A parent should be able to say no, and stick with their word. If they keep letting their children overpower them, then the child is just going to get used to getting away with it. To be honest, I don’t think her lawsuit will go through, because it’s a ridiculous reason to sue the fast food restaurant. In my opinion, McDonalds doesn’t offer many healthy choices. They have a load of calories in their food, and it’s ridiculous. One of their Big Mac’s has over 700 calories in it. That’s not what I call healthy.

I do not think that she should be able to sue a fast food chain because her kids want to eat McDonalds everyday. If she does not want her kids to have the Happy Meals then she should not buy them. People can sue who ever they want, and for what ever reason they want. I don’t see why see really wants to, because this is like the case when McDonalds was sued for the hot coffee. I think this is a stupid reason to sue someone but what are you going to do about it. It is the parent’s job to control what their kids get, no matter how much the kid wants the particular thing. The law suit will probably go through just because no is going to be able to stop the lawsuit except for the woman who started it.

I do not believe she should be able to sue Mcdonald's because their children would like to consume their food everyday. When it effects the child it is always the parents job to say no. Kids do not deserve everything they want in life. I do not believe this law suit would go through because as parents they must simply tell them no. Mcdonald's does offer enough healthy foods such as salads and snack wraps which are delicious.

I do not think that the mother in the video should sue McDonalds over a Kid’s meal. If the parent doesn’t want the kids to have them they should deny their request. The mother should not blame McDonalds for their meals being addictive. I do not think the law suit should go through but weather it will or not I do not know. Some people win cases now for anything and it wouldn’t surprise me if she figured out a way to win this one.

I don’t think that this mother should be able to sue a fast food chain over the issue that her kids want to eat McDonald’s™ everyday. If she does indeed decide to sue, I don’t think she will win. It is always the parents’ job to be held in control of their kids, and learning to tell them “no”. Parents just aren’t able to say “no” to their children, if not then, they wouldn’t understand the essence of discipline. Also, if they don’t learn to say “no”, their children could grow up to be unhealthy. I think any fast-food restaurant doesn’t offer many “healthy” choices.

This mom should not be able to sue McDonald's. She should have the will power to simply say no to her kids' requests for fast food. It is the job of the parent to refuse to spoil the children. The law suit probably will go through. This woman seems like she will not give up until she gets money. McDonald's has plenty healthy food choices. The whole point of going to a fast food restaurant is to eat fast food! If people are so picky about their health, they can eat at home!

Personally I think that this whole thing that this mother is doing is a publicity stunt. Suing McDonalds over happy meals! Really? It’s not McDonald’s fault that your children eats or wants to eat happy meals everyday, it’s yours. I think that the lawsuit will go threw because in this country people will sue you for anything. Do I think she will win? In my opinion I think she won’t! I think McDonalds sell enough healthy choices for them being a fast food place. But if you don’t like McDonalds then there are different restaurants that people can choose from
