http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kl1ujzRidmU. The link is to the video of the dads reaction. Would you post something like this on Facebook? If you were the parents how would you react to this? Do you talk about your life on Facebook, Twitter, or other social media sites? Do you think its ok to complain and whine on these sites?

Whining and complaining is a pathetic thing in itself. There is always someone worse off than you are. People just need to get over themselves. I don't use facebook because I tend to end up in bad situations. So, I tend to avoid situations like that.

I would so that people can see what can happen if you do something bad to your parents. If i was a parent, i would be in shock to see this. I do not talk about my life on facebook that much.

Honestly, this whole situation is just stupid. I really could care less that the dad shot his daughter's laptop and the dad just has some issues. If I were a parent, I would use this situation as an example of what not to do. I talk about a lot of things on Facebook, but I draw a line to what I say. It is stupid to complain and whine on those sites.

I would never post something like that on Facebook because with my luck, it would come back to haunt me. I don't think this dad's reaction was wrong but he did take it to an extreme, probably because he was so mad. However, I most likely would've done the same thing. Social media is kind of meant to let people into your life but I don't put personal information on Facebook. I find people who complain on Facebook annoying.

This video is actually funny in my opinion. I would never post something like this on Facebook. I do not talk about my life on social networks. I hardly ever get on social networking sites. People are always going to whine and complain, it is just a fact of life.

I would never post anything like that on facebook. I would beat her. I would also punish and talk to her that I over reacted. I do not talk about anything on media sites. I think it's ok to complain and whine at times.

Shooting the laptop was really stupid. He's basically a hypocite because he did the same thing he didn't want his daughter to d. I don't think I'd post something like this on Facebook. I don't think I would shoot the laptop, like this dad did. I talk about my life a lot on Facebook and Twitter. If someone wants to complain and whine on these sites, then so be it.

I would never talk about my parents like that on Facebook. Knowing both my parents are friends with me. I don't think I would have gone this far to shooting the laptop. I think everyone was wrong in this situation. The daughter was stupid for even saying this on here knowing what her dad does. I try to keep my life off on the Internet. It is my business and no one else's.

I do not have a facebook because it seems to revolve around drama. When I did have a facebook I would've never posted something like this.I would be upset if I was a parent and saw this but I think he took it too far. I think some things on facebook and twitter are just to personal, don't put all your personal information up there.

I understand why the dad did what he did, but I don’t think it was the best way to handle the situation. I think he genuinely disciplined his daughter in the way he thought would be best for her. I don’t talk openly about my personal life. It causes too much drama and danger. Complaining is annoying in general. I don’t think it’s wrong to complain online, but if done often, it can create a problem.

I would not post anything like this on facebook. She should just go ahead and do whatever her parents asks her to do. If I were the parents, I would just take her computer away. If I am really happy about something and want to tell what it is then I'll probably post it. The reason why it's not okay to complain and whine on these sites is, because employees will probably look at your profiles and see what type of person you were in the past.

If I was a parent I would be very shocked at my child. I would also be very upset at him. I don't think I would've reacted like these parents would but if my child embarrases me on the internet I'll do the same to them. I don't think it's okay to complain and whine on these sites, but who am I to judge.
