This video basically talks about how the Saints were putting bountys on players, which basically means that they where paying defensive players more to injure or remove certain players from the field.
What is your opinion on this issue? What kind of punishments, if any, do you believe the Saints should be given? If you were a football coach would you have done the same thing?

I think this issue just shows that people will do anything for money. I don't understand how you can intentionally injure someone and feel good about it because you did it for the team so you could win a game. I think they should be fined. There is a limit to all things so I wouldn't tell someone to injure someone else. I think that's going to come back to haunt them in the end.
I don't necessarily agree with teams doing this. I think football should be played fairly, even though it'll most likely never happen. If I was a coach, I would not. Even though the NFL is cracking down on this, I don't think this will stop.
I thinmk the Saint's should be fined for this. They should be fined a 1 millon fine for every injured player they put a bounty on and hurt them. If I were the coach I would not do that.
I'm not a fan of American football. I don't particularly care who gets hurt and who doesn't. Playing a sport is you agreeing to accept any physical harm thrown your way. Stop being babies. How can you say a sport is tough when people complain about things like this?
That makes football. Football is all about breaking each other up anyway. They should do any and everything to not let others score. They shouldn't be given anything. Yes, I would!
The Saints are not the only team in the league that do this, because every team in the league does it. The Saints were just dumb enough to let the public find out about it. Every team makes side bets in the locker room between players to either have big hits, interceptions, or sacks. It is just like in college when people have big plays they get stickers on there helmet, in the NFL they just have money and want to bet.
I think it is hilarious. They say one thing that makes America tick is football. It is about time some team pays their defensive players money to take out players. But in the end it is wrong. But that goes to show how much football means to people.
I don't think that it's okay for the team to do this. It's crazy how people will do anything for money. If there is a punishment I think the team shouldn't be allowed to play those players.
I think the coaches of the team should be penalized and fired because that is horrible. If I was a football coach, I would not have done the same thing, because I am more considerate and caring of others, no matter what our relationship may be.
I think this isn't fair for the Saints to be doing this. I think that it's wrong to intentionally harm another player to win a game. I think that it's really wrong to encourage players to injure another player. I think it's just not good sportsmanship.
I think this just shows that people will do anything for a quick dollar. It's crazy what people will do to earn money, even go as far as severely injuring another player. I think teams that do this should be punished. No I would never pay someone to hurt someone else. Even if it means winning the game it isn't worth it.
I don't think its that big of a deal. I think they should recive some punishment but not a severe one. I wouldn't have done the same thing if I was a coach.
It’s wrong to do what the Saints did. They should be penalized for this behavior. However, I don’t know what would be a justified punishment. I would not have done the same thing as the coach. I could not lead a team to cheat and achieve an undeserved victory.
If I was a coach I wouldn't have pay anyone to purposely injure anyone. Football has turned into just another money sport and this just proves it. Letting this out makes the team and coach look bad for thinking this is okay. There should definitely be a big punishment for not only the players but the coach as well. This could really end up getting out of hand.
I think that what the Saints are doing is very stupid and kinda smart at the same time. I think that their punishment should be either a very high fine or suspension. If I was a Football Coach, I would not do the same thing, cause it makes your team look bad.
A football player getting hurt on the field is usually serious business. Purposely trying to injure other players should be punished. Hopefully they didn't end up hurting anyone yet. The Saints players should be made to sit out of a few games. If I was a football coach I would not have done the same thing as the Saints' coach.
I think that this issue is involving the problem of unfair pay to the player. I think that the saints should be given no play since they boot people off the field. It's wrong for them to try to eliminate players off the field for their own benefits. I would not have let this happen. They should have no play definitely and be charged.
