Do you think this mother deserves all the criticism she has received? Why or why not? How do you feel about indoor tanning? Explain. Do you think people are more attractive when they're tan?

I can understand why she is receiving so much criticism. Whether she took her child in the tanning bed or not, she should be criticized because she does not look healthy at all. She needs to calm down with all the tanning. I think indoor tanning is okay if it is done in moderation. That's why they have limits on the tanning beds. I think tans can make people look healthy UNLESS you over tan and look orange.
Yes, she should recieve all the criticism. She doesnt look healthy and she took her kid with her. I think its all right as long as you dont do it to much.
I thought she only brought her daughter into the waiting room. If she actually put her in a tanning bed then she deserves the criticism. However, if she was only in the waiting room, it's not that big of a deal. My mother used to make me wait in the waiting room for her at tanning salons. I just don't see why people waste their money on tanning beds when the sun is free.
I mean I don't think she should have received this much criticism. It's not like she put her kid in the bed, she just took her into the room with her. I don't think this women looks normal. I do think she needs to slow down on the tanning it's gonna have some long term effects on her health. I can't say anything negative towards indoor tanning because I do it. I just think there should be a limit on how often you go.
Fake tans make people look like Oompa Loompas. But hey if you like looking like a carrot and enjoy having melanoma then, by all means, go for it! Otherwise, it's just really superficial.
Well, I think she asked for all this attention when kept tanning. It's just crazy to think that someone would tan that much. I guess some indoor tanning is ok but too much of anything is bad. Some people are more attractive when they're tan. It really depends on the person.
I think all the criticism this mother is getting is unnecessary. The daughter did not tan, she was in the room and who would've thought the daughter would get burned from being in the room. I think the public is doing this because of how addicted the mom is to tanning. I go to a tanning bed sometimes, am I addicted? Absolutely not. I do feel like people are more attractive when they are tan. Maybe that is why so many relationships and flings get started during summer.
I think she is just insane and she is overdoing this tanning thing. It seems like she's making tanning her drug. I think some people are more attractive when they are tanned but too much tan makes anyone look pretty bad. It's not that great for your skin either.
I don’t know if anyone deserves criticism from the world such as this, however, this mom is certainly not helping her situation with her attitude. She obviously has an addiction to the tanning bed, but she doesn’t deserve to be the center of attention in the media. If she wants to damage her body in this way then fine, but the media should move on to its next subject, rather than continue to discuss this woman. Her family and friends should be the ones to get her help with her addiction if she would be willing. Indoor tanning can increase chances for cancer in the long run, and can also make skin wrinkly and unattractive as it grows older. People who tan in moderation do still look attractive, but I think it is more of matter of opinion. I don’t want to tan to supposedly look more attractive now, and then end up with ugly consequences later on in life.
This lady is really ugly. If she wants to tan all the time then that's her business. Some people are more attractive when they're tan. Some people look better tan, some don't. This lady clearly has taken tanning too far and she needs help.
I don't really think this mother deserves all the criticism she has received.It's something that she wants to do. I feel that indoor tanning is more harmful than the sun. The sun's rays are not as bad as UV rays in a sunbed shining directly to the skin. People are more attractive when they're tan because they're not pale looking.
It's clear and understandable why she is getting so much criticism. For one, when she made her statement she insulted many people by calling them fat and ugly. Also she's being criticized because she's tanning too much. I think indoor tanning is stupid. Why spend so much money for tanning, when you can sit in the sun. Stay in the sun for at LEAST 15 minutes, and you WILL be darker. Some may feel they are more attractive when they are darker, but me personally, I don't desire to be darker, because I love my skin tone. Whenever I do get a tan, I don't intend to, and it looks HORRIBLE.
