Do you think the teacher-cheerleader's charges and punishment are appropriate? Do you think Sarah is guilty? Why or why not? Why do you think the teenager/victim's family supports Sarah? Do you believe the accusations about Sarah on Dirty.com?

I do in a sense think that the punishments are appropriate because she should not have had sexual relations with a student. It's her own carelessness and she should have some consequences. I do think she is guilty, beause she hasn't denied having sex with the student. I think the reason the family supported her, was probably because they like her as a person maybe, and they probabaly don't see anything wrong with their son having the sexual relationship with her. A lot of times parents aren't as caring when boys do stuff like that. However, if it was a young girl and an older man, it would've been WAY different. I don't know what to believe about her, because I don't know too much about her or what she does. It's kind of hard to determine whether that stuff is true.
I think the punishments are acceptable, however, I find the no-texting punishment kind of weird. I think she may be guilty because they said they have pages of evidence. The victim's family may support Sarah depending on the boy's age and situation. The accusations on the website could be false. She's a pretty cheerleader so many people could lie to make themselves seem cooler.
Yes, I think the punishment fit the crime. Yes, I think she is guilty. I think the family supports her because they want their son to be happy. No, i dont believe the accusations about her on Dirty.com.
Well, what she did is illegal. Therefore, by the law, she should be convicted of the crime. I don't have too much to say on the matter. Only that maybe she should have done a little bit of a better job on hiding it.
I think her punishment was a little extreme, but I don't know what she expected. I just think she should have made better choices since the boy was underage. I think she is guilty, but I do think the boy should be held to some level of accountability. I think the victim's family supports Sarah because they know more then we do. I hope that stuff on Dirty.com isn't true for her sake. Jail will definitely be her home for a while.
I think the punishment is appropriate but if the family supports it and the boy wants it then I don't see how it's a crime. I see how it's gross but I don't see how it's a crime if everyone involved is okay with it. I think she's guilty because the family seems to believe it. I don't believe the website and I could understand getting upset about it. I'd like to hear from the boy and see what he has to say about it.
I don't know how I feel about this situation. I don't see why she wanted to have a relationship with a student. The charges and punishment put on her were appropriate. There is no way around what she did. I don't know why the judge didn't just take all her phone privileges instead of saying she couldn't text. I don't know if the teenager's parents' support her but I don't think they are really bothered by the situation because it was their son.
I do think this is wrong and she should be punished. I think the whole situation is weird. I do think she is guilty, but they may have taken it a little to far. The whole no texting thing is kind of ridiculous. She could easily use another phone or easily call the child. They may support her if they knew and agreed with it. I think I do believe what she has to say about the whole dirty.com.
I definitely think she should be in trouble but the no texting is a little much. She can easily make phone calls or send emails. I think she is quilty. She may have pleaded guilty but you can tell she did it. I do not understand why the parents support her if she is going to jail for it. He as 16, she was 26 that is too much.
I think that it is inappropriate for a teacher to be involved with a student regardless of their ages. I don’t know that it is necessarily abuse because the victim’s family supports Sarah. The charges may be harsh for a relationship that is not considered abuse, but, if she is in fact guilty, the consequences are fair. Any website with a name such as “Dirty.com” is simply unreliable. Most of those sites provide nothing but rumors and well developed lies. Nothing that is stated on this site can be trusted, so I don’t believe the accusations about Sarah that it brought forth.
