Would you press charges if she was your neighbor? Why or why not? Have you ever had a horrible neighbor? If so, what made him/her so bad? What should be done to keep this neighbor from harrassing the residents?

I would definitely press charges. If she was just attacking the parents, it might be different. However, it irritates me that she was attacking their children as well. I've had annoying neighbors before but nothing like this. They were very opinionated but easy to avoid. If the whole neighborhood gets fed up with the neighbor from hell, she should be asked to move. However, I think the restraining order might do the trick.
I wouldn't even think twice about pressing charges against her. She's crazy. I don't understand why she feels that she has to annoy and harass that family. I really think she needs to get a life. She doesn't need to be living among normal citizens.
I would press charges. Nobody should be like that. I have never had a neighbor like that. The county or state should step in and make her move out.
Yes, I would press charges on her if she was ny neighbor. She is harrassing them. She was calling her kids names and putting up posters about their mother. No, I've never had a horrible neighbor. Their really is not anything can be done.
I have had some horrible neighbors but the good neighbors have always made it bareable. I had one neighbor who would always believe he was right and would bully my little brother. I actually got in a fight with the kid. Now I was polite and went and appologized to him and his mother. But what killed me was that his mother told me that it was all my fault and that I was bullying her son. I would press charges to no end. This is just wrong that they have had to endure this woman for so long. This woman has problems and needs help.
I would press charges because she was doing way too much and caused that family so many problems. I have never had a horrible neighbor but if I had, had a horrible neighbor, my parents would've done the exact same thing this family did. She should be in prison or she should be on constant watch by police to make sure she doesn't do something crazier.

I would not press charges. Trust me she would get tired of me before I got tired of her! I haven't ever had a horrible neighbor! If one ever had acted like that around me I would go crazy. They should do worse things to her legally.
I would definitely press charges if she was my neighbor. She should not be harassing people for no reason. I've never had a horrible neighbor before. The lady should be asked to move to prevent harassing of the residents. It's again ridiculous how someone this old acts like this.
I would press charges if I lived next to this woman. I think what she's doing is stupid and pointless.
I never had a horrible neighbor, the worst neighbor I've had was one who would always walk into our house during the day when nobody was home. I think this woman needs a restraining order pressed against her.
Only in America. Neighbors are too nosy. It's as simple as that. She has no right to be doing any of the things that she supposedly does. I would absolutely presses charges against a psycho like this.
I would press so many charges against her, cause what she is doing to them is so stupid. The neighbor should get her kicked out of that neighborhood.
I would definitely press chargers. I have never had a neighbor like this and would lose it if I did. I don't know if I could even handle it. My neighbors in Suffolk were kind of weird but no where near like that. I would have probably moved by now. This lady needs a different hobby or some serious jail time.
I would definitely press charges on her if she was my neighbor then I'd beat the mess out of her. The stuff she did was disrespectful and very childish for her age. My neighbors are pretty decent, other than their stupid chihuahuas barking all the time. This lady is crazy and she needs to be in a room with padded walls. That family has the right to press charges on this lady because she made life very difficult for them.
I think I would press charges on this women. She is making herself look crazy. I've had some nosy neighbors. Never anything like this though. I think the police should definitely say something to this woman.
I would press charges if she was my neighbor because that would get annoying. I've never had a horrible neighbor but I have had nosey neighbors. They called the cops on me and my friends for no reason. The cops got there and said it was just stupidity so they left. I think when someone harasses you too much they should be fined or arrested.
I have always lived in the same house and fortunately, I have always had wonderful neighbors. I would press charges if I had a neighbor like that. I don’t really know what could be done to control this overbearing woman. If I was in this family’s position I would probably move to another neighborhood. It sounds like an unfair solution, but in some cases, nothing can be done to control another person’s actions. I would rather just remove myself from the situation and continue living with my family in peace than have to deal with a harassing woman.
